Faux-ginger broccoli sauce like Pei Wei's that is gluten-free, low sodium, sugar-free and low cal :) Yum! This is still a work in progress to determine measurements for larger servings but for an individual serving I did 1 tblsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos (soy sauce alternative), 2 tblsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, and about 1 tblsp of homemade chicken stock (the last item is optional and could probably be substituted with water to get the same consistency or leave out for a thicker sauce). This is P3 friendly and for some it can be P2 friendly if you do okay using Bragg's Liquid Aminos and the Honey substitute from Nature's Hollow that uses Xylitol for a sweetener. I've used Stevia and Xylitol for sweeteners in P2 without issue.
